Characteristic

This product has an excellent adhesive ability to most construction materials without a primer. It has Good features as following:

a. Can be easily used and extruded any time.

b. Excellent contact change and extrusion ability, in any air Temperature( -40 to 100) can extrude easily.

c. Excellent adhesion to stone, ceramics, concrete, and other building materials. It has no pollution to porous materials.

d. Outstanding weatherproofing ability, resisting to ultraviolet ray, ozone.

e. Be compatible with all kinds of silicone structural sealant.

Where to use

It is fit for sealing all kinds of glass doors and windows; automotive, ship, packaging, advertisement and family decorations.

Use limitations It is not fit for structural usage. It should NOT be applied in the following conditions:

a. To all materials that bleed oils, plasticizers or solvents, and green or partially sulfur zed gaskets or tapes, etc.

b. In totally confined space ( Silicone sealant need the water in the air to cure)

c. For continuous immersion in water or below-grade applications all the year.

d. To painted surfaces, may cause seal failure as the paint Cracking or paint stripping

e. To frost or wet surfaces f. Surface touch the food directly

g. Easily suffer mechanical wear.

Storage and usable life

When stored under dry and airy, 27 or lower temperature conditions in the original unopened container, it has a shelf life of 9months from the date of manufacture.
