Detailed Product Description

    The Epoxy Bonding Anchor consists of epoxy resin with special filler aggregate contained in a cartridge, plus a hardener. The components are injected through the mixer nozzle into the drill hole by means of the dispenser gun. A dispensing tool is used to push both components through a mixing nozzle. After removing the caps of each container, the mixing nozzle is screwed onto the cartridge. In the nozzle the resin and hardener are mixed and filled into the cleaned drill hole. The conical rod is inserted by hand. The resin mixture hardens resulting in a strong bond with the concrete and a perfectly formed expansion sleeve a round of the conical rod. The inner bond between the conical rod and the resin mixture is broken by applying a torque moment after the hardening process.The hardened injection adhesive gives a secure fastening. It is a high-strength Injection Cartridge, without styrene, based on epoxy resin, which provides you an optimum/ economical fixing system for concrete and masonry in dry condition.
